In the event you no longer wish to host your website with DuckHost it is asked you remember to use the cancellation procedure by cancelling your website through the billing website under the product details.
Failure to comply with this means that you will be liable to pay any months untill the cancellation request is recieved.
Also it is not up to DuckHost to cancel any active subscritpions. This is your sole responsibility
